Why was Resources for Advisors founded?
First of all, I founded this company to support financial advisors so they can live a life they love to live. I was a financial advisor who used to be over-stressed and over-worked and then finally figured out how to run a top level practice efficiently and effectively creating a more balanced life for myself. After selling my practice a few years ago, I decided to help advisors so they too can live a more balanced life. I have interviewed many advisors over the years and almost every time when asked their greatest challenge it was attracting and retaining qualified clients. As a result, I decided that the best way to educate and support financial advisors was with marketing strategies that help them efficiently and effectively retain and attract clients while also experiencing exponential growth.
Second of all, I have huge aspirations to make a difference in the world and I can't do it all myself. Therefore, I have decided to train advisors to make more conscious decisions with their practice and on behalf of their clients. As advisors, we have influence over a significant amount of assets. We have the ability to affect not only our own financial future but also the future of generations to come with each and every decision we make. This may sound selfish but I have decided to leverage my relationships with other financial advisors to help me attain my goal of making a difference.
